Team Member
Reporting to the Management team, a Taco Bell Team Member is vital to ensuring great service for our customers using the HUNGRY principles, creating excellent quality food, maintaining high cleanliness and compliance standards in the restaurant but also being passionate about Taco Bell Live Más culture.
Other roles that come under a Taco Bell Team Member are Taco Bell Cleaning Captain and Taco Bell Service Champion
Shift Leader
Support the AGM & RGM by running great shifts following Taco Bell Live Más culture and HUNGRY principles and taking ownership and responsibility to solve problems and support the team morale.
Assistant General Manager
Supports the RGM by running the store and shifts following Taco Bell Live Más culture and HUNGRY principles. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Leaders complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.
General Manager
The RGM is the leader of the TEAM who establishes and maintains Taco Bell Live Más culture and HUNGRY principles. You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include all HR aspects and people development, controlling food costs, managing the restaurant budget and financial plans ensuring a profitable restaurant and creating and developing an excellent reputation for your restaurant, the Taco Bell brand but also Soul Foods Group as a franchised business.
